Premium Visa Programme (PVIP)

The Premium Visa Programme (PVIP) is a long-term residency visa designed to allow investors, entrepreneurs, and foreign talents to live, work, or study in Malaysia for up to 20 years.

Benefits

Requirements

  • Earn an offshore income of at least RM40,000 per month or RM480,000 annually.
  • Maintain a fixed deposit of RM1,000,000 in a licensed Malaysian bank.
  • Pay the required participation fees: RM200,000 for the principal applicant and RM100,000 for each dependent.
  • Applications must be submitted through an authorized agency appointed by the Immigration Department of Malaysia.

Checklist for PVIP

1. Letter of application from the Company
2. The latest SSM eInfo (date of document printing at least 14 days from the date of application).
3. Color copy of MyKad (Malaysian Citizen) for Board of Directors Members.
4. Color copies of Passports (Non Malaysian Citizens) for Board Members (if relevant).
5. List or company organization chart
6. EPF statement
7. The front page of all bank account statements in the name of the applying company.
8. Letter of Undertaking of two Company Directors (Appendix A).
9. Electricity bill and water bill of the company’s premises (original and copy)
10. The application is signed by one of the board members / owners or authorized officers
