Our one-stop recruitment services include candidate screening, candidate selection, interview arrangement, and employment confirmation.
The ability to submit a foreign worker application only applies to source countries listed by the Malaysian Immigration Department, being:
● Thailand
● Nepal
● Cambodia
● Myanmar
● Laos
● Uzbekistan
● Vietnam
● Kazakhstan
● Philippines (male only)
● India
● Pakistan
● Indonesia
● Sri Lanka
● Bangladesh
● Turkmenistan
There also exists strict regulations in the foreign worker application procedure, these include:
● Only permitted to work in the Manufacturing, Construction, Plantation, Agriculture, and Services sector (permission varies on country of origin).
● The quota of foreign workers must be prepared and obtained by the relevant employers/companies from the Ministry of Home Affairs; One Stop Centre.
● Applicants must be aged between 18-45 at the time of application.
● Applicants must possess a certified PASS result for Immigration Security Clearance (ISC) from the country of origin.
● Applicants must be deemed fit and healthy by an approved medical centre in the country of origin.
● Applicants must not be deemed prohibited from entering the country under Section 8 (3) of the Immigration Act 1959/1963.
