Sarawak EP or PVP

Work Visa for Foreigner and Malaysian (Non- Sarawakian) to work in Sarawak

If you are not Sarawakian and would like to work in Sarawak includes Foreigner, West Malaysians and Sabahans. Two type of work visa can be applied :

1. Professional Pass (Visa duration: 6- 12 months Visa)

    a. For internship/ training/ technical support only

    b. Cannot receive salary in Sarawak

2. Employment Pass (Visa duration: 1- 2 years Visa)
    a. Applicant must be at least 27 years old
    b. 2 Categories i.e. EP1 and EP2 are available
    c. EP1 salary requirement: RM5,000 or above monthly Salary
    d. EP2 salary requirement: RM 3500-4999 monthly Salary
    e. EP1 holder is eligible to apply dependents visa for spouse and children and domestic worker visa for maid.
    f. Renewable upto 10 years.
