● The quota of foreign workers must be prepared and obtained by the relevant employers/companies from the Ministry of Home Affairs; One Stop Centre.
● Applicants must be aged between 18-45 at the time of application.
● Applicants must possess a certified PASS result for Immigration Security Clearance (ISC) from the country of origin.
● Applicants must be deemed fit and healthy by an approved medical centre in the country of origin.
● Applicants must not be deemed prohibited from entering the country under Section 8 (3) of the Immigration Act 1959/1963.
